A network built for estate grounds

Palm Beach County Landscaping connects owners, estate managers and association boards in Palm Beach County with independent landscape companies that work to an estate standard.

Who we are

Palm Beach County Landscaping is operated by PangeaUp (Pangea Up Media LLC). We are not a landscape contractor and our staff do not work on your property. We review each request and pass it to a partner company that serves your town and offers the work you asked for. That company walks the property, writes the proposal and, if you accept it, does the work under its own contract with you.

How partner companies are chosen

Before a company can receive requests, we check:

  • the credentials that apply to its work, against the issuing body's own records (for example, the state certification required to apply fertilizer commercially);
  • a current certificate of insurance;
  • a signed partner agreement; and
  • the towns, property types and services it actually covers.

A company that lapses on any of these stops receiving requests. The request form names the company or companies your request may go to before you send it.

What happens to your information

Your request goes only to the companies named on the form, and to no more of them than the form states. We do not sell it. The Privacy Policy covers the details, and Calls, texts and consent explains how to stop contact.

Why a network

Estate grounds need different skills on different days: a maintenance crew, an irrigation technician, someone who prunes palms properly, a lighting installer. A network lets one request reach a company equipped for the whole property, rather than leaving owners to vet each trade themselves.
