Who operates this site

Palm Beach County Landscaping is operated by Pangea Up Media LLC ("PangeaUp", "we", "us"). Palm Beach County Landscaping is a landscaping request network. We are not a landscape contractor and do not perform landscaping work. That work is performed by independent partner companies in our network.

What we collect

Information you give us in the request form

Your property and project: town, ZIP code, an optional street address, property type, the services you are interested in, your timeline and optional notes.
Your contact details: name, email address and phone number.
Your choice about optional text-message and automated-call contact.

We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, insurance policy numbers or dates of birth.

Information collected automatically

A keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself), used to limit abuse and spot duplicate submissions.
Your browser's user-agent string, stored with your request and consent records.
How you arrived: the first page you visited, the referring site, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), if any.
Anonymous form counts (for example, "form started") tied to a random identifier that lives only in your browser tab and is never linked to your request or your identity.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Your form answers stay in the page while you fill it in and are not written to browser storage. After you submit, a short note with no personal details (your town, property type and how many services you chose) is kept in your browser tab's session storage so the confirmation page can count the request once. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and those request counts without cookies and without collecting your name, contact details or address.

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use your information

To review your landscaping request and check whether a partner company serves your area.
To share your request with the partner company or companies named to you, as described below.
To contact you about your request.
To keep records of the consent you gave, prevent spam and abuse, and measure how well the site works.

Who we share it with

Before you submit a request, the form lists the partner landscape companies, if any, that serve your ZIP code and handle your type of property and services. We share your request and contact details only with companies named on that list, and with no more companies than the form states. If no company is listed, we do not share your information with any company unless you later agree to it.

Partner companies that receive your request use it to contact you about your property. Each is an independent business responsible for its own handling of your information once received.

We also use service providers to run the site: hosting and analytics (Vercel), a database provider and an email delivery provider. They process information on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with companies that were not named to you.

How long we keep it

Requests and their consent records are kept for 24 months from submission and then deleted, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Abuse-prevention records are deleted after one day. Anonymous form counts contain no personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
You can withdraw consent to automated calls and texts at any time.

Security

Request data is sent over encrypted connections and stored in a database that is not reachable from the public website. Access is limited to authorized PangeaUp staff through an authenticated admin area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Consent you gave is recorded against the exact wording shown to you at the time. See also Consent and communications and the Terms of Use.
