Calls, texts and consent

Last updated October 11, 2026

Draft. This document is awaiting legal review and may change.

The two separate choices on the form

  1. Your assessment request (required to submit). Submitting asks PangeaUp to review your request and allows it to be shared with the partner company or companies named on the form, which may contact you by phone or email about that request.
  2. Text messages and automated calls (optional). A separate, unticked box. If you tick it, PangeaUp and the named partner companies may contact you about your request by text message and by calls made using automated technology. It is not required to submit a request or to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts.

What we record

For each choice we record whether you agreed, the exact wording shown to you, its version (currently 2026-10-11.1), the partner companies named at the time, the date and time, the page you were on and technical details of the submission. This lets us show what you agreed to, and to whom.
